ADMISSIONS AND FEES
Admissions

Children between the ages of 2 and 6 are eligible for admission.

On application, an enrolment form must be completed and signed by both parents.

Admission will be at the discretion of the principal.

Registration fee is R 100.00.

An entrance fee of R 500.00 must be paid upon acceptance of a position.

The registration and entrance fees are not refundable and are not deductible from the actual school fee.
Fees
Continued sound financial management exercised by successive committees during recent years has ensured that the School has maintained a strong financial position. Our objective continues to be one where operating expenses are funded by school fees, whereas revenue raised by the Ladies' Committee is used solely for special projects which improve the quality of the facilities at the school.
- Fees shall be set by the Board of Management and shall be revised each year.
- Fees for 2012 are as follows:
- R19 800 per annum
- Or R4 950 per term (4 terms)
- Or R2 170 per month over 10 months
- Due by the seventh day of every month from February to November. Should the due date fall within the school holidays, parents must ensure that payment is effected before the last day of the term. In terms of the School's constitution, all fees must be paid up by the 15th of November. Parents will be charged interest at the bank overdraft rate on any fees not paid by due dates.
- Fees for the After Care facility offered daily from 12h45 to 14h00, are R550.00 per term, or R55.00 per day. Parents using this facility are advised that this is payable in advance within the first week of every term.
- One term's written notice is required should you wish to withdraw your child from the school, failing which parents are liable for a full term's fees in lieu of such notice.
- There will be no refunds in the event of absenteeism.
